How long can my things stay in storage?
Short-term storage is built for days up to a few weeks — most customers use it to bridge a lease gap or a long-distance delivery date. For longer stays, ask Linda about options.
Is the storage bay climate-controlled?
It's an enclosed, secured facility rather than an open yard — for particularly heat-sensitive items, mention it when you book so we can advise.
Can I access my things while they're stored?
Access is scheduled through our office rather than walk-in, since it's an active facility — call (888) 278-9005 to arrange a time.
How much does short-term storage cost?
It depends on volume and length of stay — Linda can give you a number once she knows roughly how much you're storing and for how long.
Is my stuff insured while it's in your bay?
Yes, items are covered under our cargo insurance while in our care, the same as during the move itself.
