These terms govern your use of sunstransport.com and any quote, booking, or move arranged with Sun’s Transport (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using this site or booking a move with us, you agree to the terms below.
Quotes and Estimates
Pricing shown on this website, including hourly rates, is provided for general reference and does not constitute a binding quote. All estimates are non-binding until confirmed in writing or by phone with our office and finalized after a walkthrough or full description of your move. Final charges are based on actual crew size, hours worked, and any services added on move day.
Deposits and Cancellations
A booking deposit may be required to hold your move date. Deposits are refundable if you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice before your scheduled move, and are applied toward your final invoice if the move proceeds.
Liability and Valuation Coverage
Sun’s Transport provides basic released-value protection at $0.60 per pound per article, the federal minimum standard for household goods carriers, included at no extra charge. Full-value protection, covering 1-3% of your shipment’s declared value, is available on request. Our trucks carry cargo insurance up to $1,000,000. Full details on valuation coverage are provided in your moving contract.

Service Area and Scheduling
We schedule moves based on truck and crew availability. While we make every reasonable effort to arrive within the scheduled window, arrival times can shift due to traffic, prior jobs running long, or weather, and are not guaranteed to the minute.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
